In a discrete, safe and non-judgmental setting, the following is offered:
12 week program offering educational and psychological components to holistically address recovery.
Support groups can be a cost effective and growth promoting way of facilitating change in an individual.
Addiction is a symptom of deeper problems. Opening up to past trauma is difficult, but necessary in order for us to re-connect with our true selves.
Individual therapy sessions in relation to substance dependence, co-occurring mental health disorders and recovery.
Family therapy sessions to support family members in addressing and healing the impact of substance dependence.

Lee has been involved in the field of addiction and recovery for over 25 years. Her expertise is substance dependence, behavioral addictions and co-occurring disorders. She is a member with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
In addition, she holds a Masters Degree of Addiction Counselling from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies in Minnesota. Lee joined Bellwood Health Services in 2011, as a therapist focusing on individual and group therapy.
